The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a versatile and high-performance option for any kitchen. With its low profile flat cover and four drawers, this two-section refrigerator provides ample storage space for all your ingredients. The top rail can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and the drawers can accommodate up to 8 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included). The top rail and drawers can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator features a full-length reversible cutting board and a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and self-contained, ensuring efficient cooling. The refrigerator also comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility.
Standard features of the Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator include an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, and an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The drawers have self-closing and stay-open features, and the full-length drawer handle has a gasket guard. The refrigerator also has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior.
Additional features include a stainless steel insulated top pan lid with two open positions, a reinforced top pan ledge for secure pan placement, and a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. The refrigerator meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep top pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature.
Optional accessory kits are available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights. The refrigerator also offers factory-installed options such as a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes 22 gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, pan lid, and drawers. The cabinet interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized steel. The cabinet is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. A 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board is included.
The refrigerator comes with its full complement of 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The insulated lift-up pan cover is made of stainless steel and is easily removable for cleaning.
