The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is equipped with a low profile flat cover and features two drawers. It is a one-section unit that is 27" wide. The top rail of the unit can hold up to nine 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), while each drawer can hold up to six 1/6 pans (not included). Both the top rail and drawers can accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The unit also comes with a full-length reversible cutting board. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and drawers. The back is also stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The bottom is galvanized. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and self-contained. The unit is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility.
