The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 27" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to six 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). The refrigerator is made with a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made with anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. It has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. The refrigerator has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system, and a high-quality stainless steel exterior.
The refrigerator also comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs, a removable stainless steel insulated pan cover, and pivoting front lid. It has self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans. It has top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different height casters. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Factory installed options include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
