The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a high-quality and high-performance option for sandwich prep tables. It offers a durable and efficient design that meets NSF 7 Standard. The refrigerator features a low profile flat cover and four drawers, with the top rail holding 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). The top drawers can hold 9 1/6 pans each, while the bottom drawers can hold 6 1/6 pans each (pans not included). The top rail and drawers can accommodate pans up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers, with an anodized aluminum interior. The back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. It has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features include an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, a five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and a 16-gauge stainless steel drawer with slide. It also has an environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, self-closing drawers with a stay-open feature, a full-length drawer handle with gasket guard, and an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator.
The refrigerator comes with a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board and a stainless steel insulated top pan lid with two open positions. It has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The top pan ledge is reinforced to securely hold pans level. It provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even with 6" deep top pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature.
The top cut-outs of the refrigerator can accommodate sixth size pans, and it comes with divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include different sets of casters for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Factory installed options include a stainless steel finished back.
The refrigerator is constructed with 22 gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, pan lid, and drawers.
