The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 60" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. It has a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system and comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board. The front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system allows for "zero-clearance" installation, saving valuable floor space.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves and different caster heights. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options for other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, anodized aluminum interior and door liners, and galvanized steel exterior back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are easily removable for cleaning.
The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, front breathing, and self-contained. It uses R-134a refrigerant and has a capillary tube metering device, air-cooled hermetic compressor, forced air evaporator coil, and non-electric condensate evaporator. The standard operating temperature of the refrigerated base is 34 to 38°F.
The interior of the refrigerator includes two powder coated wire shelves per door, mounted on pilasters.
