The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 60" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, hinged on the left and right. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with six 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five year compressor warranty, and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior also has anodized aluminum door liners and uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a high quality stainless steel exterior. The refrigerator also comes with several optional accessory kits, such as additional shelves and casters of different heights. These kits are shipped separately for field installation. There are also factory installed options available, such as different door hingings and a stainless steel finished back. The construction of the refrigerator includes a 22 gauge stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigerator also comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator is supplied with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers.
