The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 27" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to six 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). The refrigerator can accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. It features a full-length white reversible cutting board and a stainless steel door with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with two shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator has a reinforced pan ledge to hold pans securely level and self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. It meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different height casters. The refrigerator can also be customized with other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, and anodized aluminum interior and door liners. The exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are easily removable for cleaning and have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
