The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator is rear mounted and self-contained, with a 1/5 HP motor. It comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug attached, an interior-mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system, and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The refrigerator also comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. The doors are self-closing and made of stainless steel, with a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans. It also comes with top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, with divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available to provide lower work heights or meet ADA requirements.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, different sets of casters for different models, and other door hinging options. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
