The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 32" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features a stainless steel door with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket that is hinged on the left. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with two shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator comes with a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board and has a front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves and different caster sets. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options such as other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a 22-gauge stainless steel exterior front, one-piece sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The lift-up pan cover is made of stainless steel and is easily removable for cleaning.
