The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a versatile and high-performance option for commercial kitchens. It features a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf, four drawers, and a one-section design. The top rail can hold up to 30 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and the drawers can accommodate eight 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included). Both the top rail and drawers can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator is made with a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers, as well as an anodized aluminum interior. The exterior back and bottom are galvanized for added durability. It has a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The unit is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features of the refrigerator include an interior-mounted thermometer, a five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and the use of environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. The drawers are self-closing and have a stay-open feature, and they come with a full-length drawer handle with a gasket guard. The refrigerator also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator is designed to be front-breathing, allowing for "zero-clearance" installation. This means it can be placed right up against the back wall and alongside other kitchen equipment, saving valuable floor space. It also has a reinforced top pan ledge to securely hold pans level.
Optional accessory kits are available for different caster heights and work heights. The refrigerator also has a factory-installed option for a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel and anodized aluminum for durability. It is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The unit comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator's refrigeration system is rear-mounted and front-breathing, using R-134a refrigerant. It has a capillary tube metering device, an air-cooled hermetic compressor, a forced air evaporator coil, and a non-electric condensate evaporator. The standard operating temperature of the refrigerated base is 34 to 38°F.
