The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat cover and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and door, which has a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five year compressor warranty and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior door liners are made of anodized aluminum, and the refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions. It also comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves and different caster sets. The refrigerator can also be customized with other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back. The construction, hardware, and insulation of the refrigerator are of high quality. The exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors are made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while the interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay open feature at 105 degrees. The vinyl magnetic door gasket ensures a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigerator also comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The lift-up pan cover is insulated and made of stainless steel.
