The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and door, which has a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
The refrigerator also comes with optional accessory kits, such as additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
There are also factory installed options available, such as other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are easily removable for cleaning.
The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, front breathing, and self-contained. It uses R-134a refrigerant and has a capillary tube metering device, air-cooled hermetic compressor, forced air evaporator coil, and non-electric condensate
