The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, which have Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with six 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, and the use of environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge to hold pans securely level, and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The stainless steel doors are self-closing and have a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees.
The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature. It also comes with top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but there are optional accessory kits available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different sets of casters for different models. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
