The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 32" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and door, which has a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
The refrigerator has several standard features, including metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator also has factory installed options, such as other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
