The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the left side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves, and different height casters. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options for other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, anodized aluminum interior and door liners, and galvanized steel exterior back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, front breathing, and self-contained, using R-134a refrigerant. The interior includes two powder coated wire shelves per door, mounted on pilasters. The refrigerator comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty.
