The Centerline™ Compact Sandwich Prep Table is a two-section refrigerated prep table with a width of 36". It features self-contained rear-mount refrigeration and has a capacity for (10) 1/6 pans (pans not included). The table has (1) left hinged and (1) right hinged doors that are field reversible. It also includes a 12" deep removable cutting board with a roll top lid. The table has an electronic control with an LED display and comes with (2) epoxy coated shelves per section. The exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is made of anodized aluminum. It is equipped with (4) casters for easy mobility. The table uses R450A refrigerant and has a 1/4 HP motor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph and requires a 4.0 amp, NEMA 5-15P plug. The table is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
