The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and door, which has a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
The refrigerator also comes with optional accessory kits, such as additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator is constructed with stainless steel on the exterior, anodized aluminum on the interior, and galvanized steel on the back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. It also comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
