The Centerline™ Compact Sandwich Prep Table is a two-section refrigeration unit with a width of 60". It features self-contained rear-mount refrigeration and has a capacity for (16) 1/6 pans (pans not included). The unit has two right hinged doors and a 12" deep removable cutting board with a roll top lid. It is equipped with electronic control and an LED display. Each section has two epoxy coated shelves. The exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The unit is mounted on four casters for easy mobility. It uses R450A refrigerant and has a 1/4 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 5.0 amp requirement and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
