The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 60" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the left side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and includes four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with six 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five year compressor warranty and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior door liners are made of anodized aluminum and the refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a high quality stainless steel exterior. Additional features include a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions, a reinforced pan ledge, and two powder coated steel shelves per door. The doors are self-closing and have a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans. It also has top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves and upper and lower shelves for specific models. There are also different caster sets available for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation. The refrigerator is constructed with 22 gauge stainless steel for the front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel.
