There are various options and accessories available for this blast chiller, including right or left-hand door hinging, a correctional facility package, a stainless steel finished back (for roll-in models), a roll-in rack that holds 26 pans, a floor-mounted condensate evaporator, an on-board label printer, and a water-cooled self-contained condenser suitable for connection to glycol.
For remote condensing units, there are several options available, including air-cooled and water-cooled units. One remote condensing unit is required for models TBC1H and TBC1HR, and two units are required for models TBC2H and TBC2HR.
The hardware, insulation, and construction of this blast chiller are of high quality. The exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel, while the top, bottom, and rear are made of heavy gauge galvanized steel. The interior floor is made of stainless steel and insulated with resilient cork. The door is equipped with a cylinder lock and guaranteed-for-life cam-lift hinges.
