The Spec-Line Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a three-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and comes with a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section has three chrome plated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL rated. The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. It has a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F. The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including additional wire shelves, export voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, and Kool Klad exterior laminate decor. It also has options for prison/correctional facilities, EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, and different voltage options. The cabinet can be equipped with casters or a stainless steel base instead of legs. It also offers options for stainless steel shelves, clear glass doors, and different types of tray slides. The construction of the cabinet includes a stainless steel exterior and interior, with anodized aluminum interior in the A-Series. The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The heating system uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also includes a vent for humidity control. The cabinet is controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, which includes a 3-Digit LED Display and audio/visual alarms for various conditions. The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters. Optional tray slides can be purchased in combination with or in lieu of the wire shelves. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
