The Spec-Line Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and a full-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three chrome plated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL certified. The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and is equipped with an ON/OFF switch located on the control face. Other features include automatically activated incandescent lights, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The cabinet has a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F. It comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). It has a set of four adjustable 6" high stainless steel legs and doors with gasket protecting metal door pans, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift, gravity action, self-closing metal, glide hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The heating system uses a low-watt density, serpentine-style heater to generate electric heat. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet through a down-air distribution duct. The cabinet also has a vent for positive humidity control. The cabinet is equipped with an easy-to-use water-resistant INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. It has a 3-Digit LED Display and Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Scale Display Capability. It also includes audio/visual alarms for various failures and interruptions. The interior of the cabinet includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters. The shelves are full-width and have a recommended load limit of 225 lbs. Optional tray slides are available. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty.
