The Dealer's Choice Hot Food Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with microprocessor control and full-height stainless steel doors. The cabinet features anodized aluminum sides and interior, three plated shelves (factory installed), and 6" high casters. It is cUL and NSF certified.
Traulsen's G-Series "Dealer's Choice" models are known for their reliability, energy-efficiency, and durability. They have large storage capacities and come in a variety of one and two-section reach-in models. The cabinets are available with full or half-height doors and different door hinging options. They are designed with user-friendly features and are suitable for various commercial applications.
The cabinet has a durable anodized aluminum interior and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. It comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty. The ON/OFF switch is located on the control face and the magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets make cleaning easy. The cabinet is equipped with four 6" high casters with locks for mobility.
Other features include a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, automatically activated incandescent lights, and gasket-protecting anodized aluminum door liner. The cabinet also has a 9' cord and plug attached (for one section models only) and full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks. The temperature can be adjusted and the standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F.
The cabinet has corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum one-piece sides and self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees. It comes with three plated wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters and installed at the factory. The cabinet has a microprocessor control with LED temperature readout and a ducted fan air distribution system.
Optional accessory kits are available, including additional plated shelves, adjustable legs, tray slides, and interchangeable interiors.
The cabinet is constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, louver assembly, and doors. The cabinet sides, interior, and door liners are made of anodized aluminum. The exterior cabinet top and bottom are made of heavy gauge aluminized steel. The doors are equipped with metal door pan, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift, gravity action, self-closing metal, glide hinges. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
