The Dealer's Choice Hot Food Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet with microprocessor control and full-height stainless steel doors. The cabinet features anodized aluminum sides and interior, three plated shelves per section (factory installed), and 6" high casters. It is cUL and NSF certified.

The cabinet has a durable anodized aluminum interior, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and a set of four 6" high casters with locks. The cabinet features a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, automatically activated incandescent lights, and damage-resistant stainless steel breaker caps.
Other features include a gasket-protecting anodized aluminum door liner, a 9' cord and plug attached (for one section models only), and full or half length stainless steel doors with locks. The cabinet has high-quality stainless steel exterior front and doors, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F.
The cabinet also has guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum one-piece sides, and self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees. It comes with three plated wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters and installed at the factory. The cabinet has a microprocessor control with LED temperature readout and a ducted fan air distribution system.
