The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet is a pass-thru, one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and features a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. The cabinet comes with three clear coated adjustable shelves per section and microprocessor controls. It also has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is NSF, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified. This pass-thru holding cabinet from Traulsen is designed to connect two workstations in the kitchen, providing easy access to hot food. The cabinet has self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees. The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior (anodized aluminum in the A-Series).
