This durable commercial electric range is designed to accommodate a 24" griddle, a 12" hot top, and a TruVection convection oven. It features a stainless steel front, sides, and top for long-lasting reliability.
 
 The griddle is equipped with two 5.3-kilowatt heating elements and a thermostat that allows for precise temperature control between 150 degrees to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The sides and rear of the griddle have splash guards to keep the workspace clean. 
 
 The hot top is powered by a single 5.3-kilowatt heating element and has thermostatic controls that can reach temperatures from 250 degrees to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. It also includes a 9.25" deep front rail for added functionality.
 
 The TruVection oven has electronic ignition and a two-speed fan that ensures even heat distribution throughout the cavity. It has a solid-state thermostat that operates between 150 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and a 60-minute timer for precise cooking. The oven is equipped with interior lighting and glass windows for easy monitoring of the cooking process. The doors can be opened all the way to 180 degrees for safe and ergonomic rack loading and unloading. The coved interior with a porcelain enamel finish makes cleaning effortless.
 
 To ensure user comfort and safety, this commercial range comes with a 5" stainless steel flue riser that removes heat and smoke from the cooking area.
