Boost your kitchen's production with this 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range. It features two round hotplates, two hot tops, and a convection oven. The stainless steel construction protects against rust and corrosion on the front, sides, top, and oven lining.
 
 The griddle is powered by two 5.3-kilowatt heating elements and has a thermostat with a temperature range of 250 to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. Splashers are installed to prevent drippings or food debris from escaping. The 9" round hot plates have a three-heat switch for low, medium, and high settings. The cooktop also includes a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality.
 
 The fully insulated convection oven cooks food quickly and thoroughly with a dual-speed fan. It includes three racks and six removable side rails for maximum cooking space. The oven components are made of stainless steel for durability.
 
 To maintain a cool kitchen, a 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects heat and smoke away from users. The 6" legs can be adjusted for uneven floors.
