This commercial electric range is designed for heavy-duty use and includes two round hotplates, two hot tops, and a standard oven. The unit is made with stainless steel front, sides, and top to prevent rust, scratches, and stains. The 9" round hot plates are easy to operate with a knob that allows you to adjust between low, medium, and high settings or turn off the heating element. The cooktop also features a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality. The hot tops have a 5.3-kilowatt heating element with thermostatic controls, allowing you to set the temperature between 250 and 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The standard oven is located at the base of the range and comes with one rack and one rack position. It is built with stainless steel lining, aluminized steel inner lining, and a removable rigidized steel deck for durability and flexibility. To maintain a safe and cool kitchen environment, the range includes a 5" stainless steel flue riser that redirects heat and smoke away from users. The unit is also equipped with 6" adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors. This heavy-duty range meets all cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
