This commercial electric range is a versatile piece of cooking equipment that can help you meet your daily cooking needs. It features three hot tops and a standard oven, all made with stainless steel construction for excellent durability. The hot plates can be controlled from a thermostat with a wide temperature range of 250 to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooktop also includes a convenient 9.25" deep rail for extra space. The standard oven comes with one rack and fully insulated sides, as well as stainless steel lining, aluminized steel inner lining, and a removable rigidized steel deck for added durability. The unit is equipped with a 5" stainless steel flue riser to redirect heat and smoke towards a ventilation hood, ensuring user safety. It is also mounted on adjustable 6" legs to accommodate uneven floors. This heavy-duty range meets all cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
