This commercial electric range is designed for heavy-duty use and features three hot tops and a convection oven all in one unit. It is made with stainless steel front, sides, top, and oven lining to withstand demanding tasks.
 
 The hot tops are 12" wide and 24" deep, and each is controlled by a thermostat with a temperature range of 250 degrees Fahrenheit to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. The 9" round hot plates have a three-heat switch for low, medium, and high settings. The front of the cooktop also includes a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality.
 
 The fully insulated convection oven can accommodate up to six racks at a time. It utilizes a two-speed fan to evenly distribute hot air throughout the cooking chamber, ensuring consistent cooking results regardless of where the food is placed. The oven is built with stainless steel inner lining, throat, vent with damper, and shelf-type, as well as a stainless steel lined door for durability.
 
 To eliminate heat and smoke, a 5" stainless steel flue riser redirects them to a ventilation hood in your kitchen. The 6" legs of the range can be adjusted for easy installation on uneven floors.
