This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range is versatile, reliable, and easy to maintain. It combines a 24" griddle, a 12" hot top, and a convection oven into one cooking station. The unit is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, and top, ensuring resistance to rust, scratches, and stains.
 
 Both the hot top and griddle are equipped with thermostatic controls, allowing for precise temperature adjustments to achieve perfect results with every recipe. The hot top can be set as low as 250 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 850 degrees Fahrenheit, while the griddle, featuring a 0.5" thick plate, offers a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Splash guards are installed around the sides and rear of the griddle to contain any drippings or food debris. Additionally, the front of the cooktop features a 9.25" deep rail for added functionality.
 
 The standard oven included with this commercial range comes with one rack and one rack position. The stainless steel lining, aluminized steel inner lining, and removable rigidized steel deck contribute to the unit's durability, making it suitable for daily baking. The range is equipped with a 5" stainless steel flue riser and 6" legs that can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors.
