The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 28,000. Additionally, it includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler and manual controls. The range also comes with a standard oven and a cabinet base. 

Equipped with a snap action thermostat, the range has six removable cast iron grate tops and a crumb drawer for easy cleaning. The lower valve panel is hinged for convenient access. The range includes one rack and is made with a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and a 4-inch front rail. It also has 6-inch adjustable legs for stability.
