The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features four open burners with a BTU rating of 28,000 each. Additionally, it has a 36-inch griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls. The range also includes one convection oven and one standard oven, both equipped with a snap action thermostat. The removable cast iron grates make cleaning easy, and there are two crumb drawers and a shelf for added convenience. The lower valve panel is hinged for easy access. The range comes with three racks in total. It is made with stainless steel on the front, sides, and shelf, and has a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs.
