The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has various burner configurations. It features (3) star/sauté burners on the front left, (2) pyromax burners on the rear left, and (4) non-clog burners on the right. The range also includes wavy grates, standing pilot, and battery spark ignition for the ovens. It comes with (1) standard oven and (1) convection oven, both with battery spark ignition, and includes (4) racks in total. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 364,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one year No Quibble, 24/7 parts and labor warranty. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a commercial gas range that is 60-3/4" wide with a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable, cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5 burner configuration, a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.
