The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 36" griddle on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range.
The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 249,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable one-piece drip trays.
