The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in length. It features six open burners, each with a power output of 28,000 BTU. Additionally, it includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler and manual controls. The range also comes with a convection oven and a cabinet base. The range is equipped with a snap action thermostat and removable cast-iron grates. It also has a crumb drawer and shelf for easy cleaning. The lower valve panel is hinged for convenient access. Two racks are included with the range. Made with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, the range also features a 4-inch front rail and 6-inch adjustable legs.
