The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and manual controls. It features one standard oven and one cabinet base. The range also includes a snap action thermostat, two removable crumb drawers, and a hinged lower valve panel. It comes with one rack and has a stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf.
