The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range. Option 1 includes 33K non-clog burners with a BTU of 33,000 NAT. Option 2 includes wavy grates that allow for full use of the entire range top. Option 3 includes cast iron star/saute' burners with a BTU of 33,000 NAT. Option 4 includes a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear. Option 7 includes Pyromax burners with a BTU of 40,000 NAT. There are also optional charbroilers and griddle tops available in different sizes.
Other options and accessories for the range include different flue riser sizes, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, a cabinet base door, casters, a hot top plate, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, and a quick disconnect with a flexible hose. The range also has various salamander and cheesemelter mounts available.
The range has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door.
