The S-Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 48" griddle and thermostatic controls. It features two space saver ovens with snap action thermostats and removable crumb drawers. The range also has a hinged lower valve panel and includes one rack per oven. It is made with stainless steel front and sides, a removable shelf, a 4" front rail, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a BTU rating of 150,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. We offer a variety of other commercial restaurant ranges and cooking equipment as well.
