The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 48 inches. It features four star/sauté burners and standard grates. The range also includes a 24-inch griddle on the left side, with thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The oven has battery spark ignition and there is a cabinet base with one rack included. The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 225,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven. There is a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. The cooking top is 37 inches high and the range is 48-5/8 inches wide. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range. Option 1 is the 33K Non-clog Burners, which have a BTU rating of 33,000 and are available in a natural gas configuration. Option 2 is the Wavy Grates, which allow for full use of the range top and have a cast bowl design for better efficiency. Option 3 is the Cast Iron Star/Saute' Burners, which have a BTU rating of 33,000 and a port arrangement that allows for even distribution of flame. Option 4 is the Split Burner Configuration, which has four star/saute' burners in the front and four standard 33K burners in the rear. Option 7 is the Pyromax Burners, which have a BTU rating of 40,000 and come in a group of four. They have a built-in port protection drip ring and a patented high output, three-piece, easy clean Non-clog burner.
There are also optional charbroilers and griddle tops available, with different sizes and configurations. Option 5 and 6 are the 5 Burn
