The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas/electric range with a 36" griddle and manual controls. It has a standing pilot and includes one electric hybrid standard oven with one rack. The range also comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs are made of stainless steel. It has a 64,000 BTU rating and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. The range comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a commercial gas range that is 36" wide with a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot. Optional accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. The range also has options for flame failure, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, various salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose. Optional burner configurations include 33K non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, and charbroiler. The range has a stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight door. The range also has a double-sided, full porcelain enamel oven cavity for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range has a 27" deep cooking surface with a removable one-piece drip tray to catch grease drippings.
