The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a versatile and high-quality gas/electric range that is perfect for commercial kitchens. It features a 36" griddle with thermostatic controls and a standing pilot. The range also includes a hybrid convection oven with three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. 

The front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The range has a total BTU of 64,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. 

Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. 

Optional accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request. 

The range offers various burner options, including non-clog burners, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, 5 burner configuration, and Pyromax burners. It also has options for a griddle top or charbroiler. 

The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range also has a removable one-piece drip tray to catch grease drippings.
