The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a versatile cooking equipment that is available in gas or electric options. It features a 36" wide cooking top with a 37" high design. The range includes four non-clog burners, standard grates, and a 12" griddle on the left side. It also comes with a standing pilot and an electric hybrid convection oven. The oven includes three racks and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf.
