The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four Pyromax burners and a 24" charbroiler on the right side. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. It has a total BTU of 224,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range is covered by a one-year warranty that includes 24/7 parts and labor support.
Additional features of the range include a 4" stainless steel front rail, four removable cast iron grate tops, and the option to add a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, split burner configuration, Pyromax burners, or a griddle top.
Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request.
The range is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and the cabinet base is also made of stainless steel. The oven interior is double-sided with a full porcelain enamel cavity for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, and there are two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners to catch grease drippings.
