The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners and wavy grates. On the left side, there is a 48" griddle. The range also includes a standard oven with battery spark ignition and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 211,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle tops. The range can also be configured with five burners.
Various options and accessories are available for the range, such as a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. It also has various salamander and cheesemelter mounts available. The range comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69.
