The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features three star/sauté burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. It also includes a raised griddle/broiler and two convection ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with three racks. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. It has a total BTU of 276,500 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor, a 4" stainless steel front rail, and four removable cast iron grate tops.
Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and griddle top or raised griddle. There are also options for a 5 burner configuration, additional accessories such as extra oven racks and rear step up burners, and construction specifications such as a flame failure system, battery spark ignition for various components, and different flue riser sizes.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, adjustable stainless steel legs, stainless steel cabinet base, and a flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with a full porcelain enamel cavity for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with a minimum distance of 12" between burners. It also includes removable drip trays to catch grease drippings.
