The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features three non-clog burners in the front and two pyromax burners in the rear. It also includes a 24" charbroiler on the right side. The range has a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It comes with two convection ovens that have battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. The range has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 307,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. 

The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off to the entire range, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It also has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard 33K burners in the rear, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5 burner configuration, a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors.

The construction specifications of the range include a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted counterweight oven door, a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The range also has a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors that open from the center, a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and a double-sided full porcelain enamel oven cavity with coved corners for easy cleaning.
