The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four star/sauté burners and four pyromax burners on the right side. The range also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 292,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It comes with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The range also has a front located manual gas shut-off and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It includes a 4-inch stainless steel front rail and four removable cast iron grate tops. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration. Additional options and accessories are available such as a flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, stainless steel cabinet base, flue riser with shelf, double-sided porcelain enamel oven cavity, and a 27-inch deep cooking surface. The range also includes two removable one-piece drip trays under the burners.
