The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features three non-clog burners on the front left, two pyromax burners on the rear left, and four non-clog burners on the right. The range also includes standard grates, a standing pilot, and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition. Each oven comes with one rack. The range is made of stainless steel and includes a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. It has a total BTU of 401,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. The range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
Standard features of the range include a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. Other options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, as well as battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface, and two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
