The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six star/sauté burners and a 24" griddle on the right side. It also includes two cabinets and a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and adjustable legs are all made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 246,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It includes four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5 burner configuration, which combines Pyromax burners in the rear with either standard 33K burners or star 33K burners in the front.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available, and the range features battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various salamander and cheesemelter mounts are available, and the range comes with a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose.
In terms of construction, the range has a factory-installed pressure regulator and a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door. The exterior is made of stainless steel, and the range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs. The range also includes a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional doors that open from the center
